Best Buddies has recently held a special ‘invite only’ Leadership Workshop proudly supported by Gloria Jeans HQ.
20 young people from our High Schools Program were invited to the Gloria Jean’s HQ to not only learn more about leadership, but to teach Best Buddies about what works and what doesn’t.
Participants were first entertained (loosened up) by the wonderful Kathryn Schuback (http://greenbugtheatre.com.au/), then we sat down to ask the hard questions about Best Buddies.
Best Buddies asked what is it about Best Buddies that works, what does not work and how we can fix the problems. The students were great and Best Buddies wants to thank those involved.
As for the outcomes, we’ll let’s just say that Jarryd Hayne is a Great Mate of Best Buddies and may be visiting your school in the very near future.
