On the 11th December 25 participants in the Best Buddies Citizens Program in Melbourne got together for an end of year dinner.

Buddy pairs travelled from all four corners of Melbourne to meet at the Mountain View Hotel in Richmond http://www.mtviewhotel.com.au. The hotel was jam packed with Christmas revellers and BBA staked a claim to two long tables.

Matches ranged from some buddy pairs that have been friends for nearly 4 years to as recently as being matched just the month before.

Buddy pairs enjoyed catching up with old friends, meeting new ones and enjoyed hearing stories of adventures and friendship from other buddy pairs. There was even some karoke singing from Mark (pictured right)...

A great night was had by all with great food and many enjoying the yummy desserts.

Many requests were made for more frequent catch ups for all the  buddy pairs together, with a promise from Program Manager Rebecca for the next one to be held in the first 6 months of 2010.
