On Monday 30th March, Airds High School ran their first fundraising event, a cake stall.
Lots of delicious cakes were made and brought in by the chapter members and the Faculty Advisor Ms New on the day and sold at recess. The chocolate muffins that Emma N made went down particularly well!
Each muffin and cookie sold has gone towards the groups next outing to the movies planned for the last week of term 1.
Special thanks to Ms Dianna New for organising and co-ordinating everyone's efforts, as well as baking myriad cakes. Well done to Storm, Cameron, Jeremy, Chris, Emma L, Emma N, William and Shannon for promoting and manning the stall on the day!
