Payroll Giving

Providing a service like Best Buddies involves some costs. A small donation each pay goes a long way to covering the costs for providing training and support to our volunteers, engaging with schools and expanding the program.

There are generally three ways Payroll Giving can be organised:

• If your company has a Payroll Giving Policy, speak to your Human Resource Department. They may be able to make all the arrangements for you, and even match your contribution. If your company would like some assistance with this, Best Buddies Australia is happy to help.

• If you are interested in seeking some more formal assisance with Payroll Giving Programs, there are a few organisations that can assist. Three of the major ones are:

• You can also make arrangements for Best Buddies to directly withdraw on a regular basis from your bank account. To do this, visit the Checkout and follow the prompts to make a regular payment.

 As Best Buddies Australia is a not-for-profit organisation (with DRG status), all of these methods are tax deductable.
