Corporate Sponsorship

Engaging with Best Buddies Australia

Sponsoring Best Buddies Australia will allow an your company to partner with a new, exciting and growing organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with an intellectual disability.

To maximise strategic objectives, Best Buddies Australia will work with each Sponsor to design a comprehensive engagement package with a view to a win-win partnership.

There are number of ways that you can partner with Best Buddies Australia:

Volunteering Your Time - There are three broad ways you can donate time to Best Buddies Australia. Firstly, you and/or your team can commit to our core programs and become a Citizen's Buddy. Secondly you may like to volunteer at one of the many Best Buddies events held across the year. Finally, there are numerous small jobs that we need a hand with.

Payroll Giving – As you’ll be aware, providing a service like Best Buddies involves some costs. A small donation each pay goes a long way to covering the costs for providing training and support to our volunteers, engaging with schools and expanding the program.

Sponsor an Event - Best Buddies holds several great events across the year. Some are small and provide a great you for staff to engage directly with Best Buddies while not taking too much time, others are much larger and require a larger commitment (Best Buddies Day and our Leadership Conference). Sponsoring these events not only helps us deliver a great program, but provides a wonderful opportunity to contribute and to engage with our participants.

Raise Funds for Best Buddies - Are you running the City 2 Surf, perhaps swimming the Cole Classic or holding a humble BBQ? Nominate Best Buddies as your Charity of Choice and help us continue to deliver our program.

Lunch'N'Learn - Best Buddies has developed a unique lunch time program designed to help people understand more about Intellectual Disability and Social Inclusion. Delivered by a person with a disability, it's a great way for staff to develop new skills. If your interested in this program, feel free to contact us.

Major corporate supporter – There are no major corporate sponsors of intellectual disability services in Australia. This presents a unique opportunity for an organisation to venture into, and ally itself to, exciting new territory by supporting a new not-for-profit organisation. We intend to grow, and invite Corporate Australia to grow with us.
