Below are the links to obtain a Working with Children’s Check and a Police Check. You only need to complete these forms if you have been told by the Program Manager. As a general guide, if your part of the Citizen’s Program you need a Police Check. If you’re a general volunteer, you only need complete a Working with Children’s Declaration.
